Warranty
Register your Megahome distiller with the manufacturer in two minutes. Registration records your ownership directly with Megahome, so we can support you quickly if you ever need help — wherever you bought your unit. Registration is optional: your 1-year manufacturer's warranty applies without it.
Why register?
- Proof of ownership on file — your serial number, model and purchase date are stored with the manufacturer.
- Direct manufacturer support — our team can help with troubleshooting and warranty questions.
- Genuine spare parts — we help you find the right original parts for your model.
- Care guidance — descaling and maintenance tips that keep your distiller running well for years.
What you need
- The serial number on the base of your unit
- Where you bought it (for example Amazon, a retailer or a distributor)
- The purchase date — please keep your receipt or order confirmation
Registration is free and no payment details are needed.
What the warranty covers
Megahome distillers carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use — the same in every country. Your rights under local consumer law come in addition. If you bought from an authorised distributor (for example in the United States or Japan), please contact that distributor for warranty service. Full terms: Warranty Policy.
The warranty does not cover consumables (activated-carbon sachets, descaling powder, collection bottles, power cord) or damage caused by missing descaling, using a plug-in timer, misuse, or disassembly by anyone other than Megahome. See the Warranty Policy for the full list.
Keep your distiller in warranty condition
- Rinse the boiling chamber after each batch.
- Descale with citric acid whenever you see white scale — more often with hard or well water.
- Replace the carbon post-filter as the instructions specify.
- Keep the fan and air vents free of dust.
See our Support centre for step-by-step troubleshooting.
