Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?

We are the manufacturer. Megahome Corporation was registered in 1992 and builds its distillers in its own factory in the Tainan Technology Industrial Park, Taiwan (No. 155, Keji 5th Road, Annan District, Tainan). The certificates are issued in Megahome's own name.

Which certifications do your distillers have?

UL listing (file E251817, UL 1082), an IECEE CB test certificate (JPTUV-178111, TÜV Rheinland Japan, IEC 60335-1 and IEC 60335-2-15) and the TÜV Rheinland GS mark (certificate S 50514575, models MH943T-SW and MH943S-SW), which TÜV Rheinland's Certipedia database shows as a valid certificate. The UL listing covers all four current models: MH-943TWS, MH-943SWS, MH-943SBS and MH-DA4B. The CB certificate covers the 220 V and 230–240 V versions listed on it, including a UK version. You can verify both numbers in the UL Product iQ and IECEE online databases, and partners receive copies on request. Which voltages and plug versions are available?

Versions exist for 110–120 V 60 Hz, 220 V 50/60 Hz and 230–240 V 50/60 Hz, including a UK model. Plug and switch versions differ by market, and each has its own barcode. Tell us your country and we will confirm the exact version and which certificate covers it.

What are the main specifications?

Each unit makes 4 litres per batch at a rated power of 580 W. The boiling chamber is #304 stainless steel as standard, or #316 stainless steel on the MH-943SBS. The collection bottle is glass or PP. Net weight is 3.4 kg, and gross weight is 5.2 kg with a PP bottle or 6.0 kg with a glass bottle.

What warranty do you give?

A single 1-year manufacturer's warranty against faulty manufacture, the same worldwide. Customers do not have to register to get it. Statutory rights in each country apply in addition and are the seller's responsibility. For example, in the EU and in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the seller must provide at least 2 years, and the 1-year manufacturer's warranty counts toward that. Spare parts remain available for at least 10 years after a model is discontinued. See the Warranty Policy.

How do you quote?

We quote EXW Tainan, Taiwan, in US dollars, and payment is by bank transfer (T/T). MOQ and lead time are quoted per enquiry, based on model, voltage version and volume.

How many units fit in a container or on a pallet?

A full container holds about 900–920 units with PP bottles, or about 840 units with glass bottles. Air freight is 48 units per pallet. Sea pallets take 48, 64 or 72 units with PP bottles, or 48 or 64 units with glass bottles.

Do your products have barcodes?

Yes. Each combination of model, bottle and plug version has its own EAN-13 under Megahome's own GS1 prefix, 4719861. The carton label shows the EAN-13, model, bottle type, voltage and serial number.

Is the packaging suitable for Amazon and e-commerce?

The MH-943TWS retail package with glass bottle passed ISTA 6-Amazon.com-SIOC Type A testing (Intertek Taiwan, September 2026, 5 of 5 samples). Partners can request the report.

Do you offer private label / OEM?

Yes, on our existing certified distiller line. Voltage, plug and bottle versions already exist, and we will confirm logo, packaging and manual options with you. See OEM & Private Label or start an OEM enquiry.

Is my country available? Do you give exclusivity?

Some markets are served by exclusive distributors. Contact us to check your territory. Each unit's serial number is recorded against the customer it was shipped to, which helps protect distributors from grey-market supply.

How do I apply?

Use the trade enquiry form and tell us your company, country and website, your sales channels, the models and voltages you need, your expected annual volume and any certification your market requires. We aim to reply within two business days with a price list and the documents for your market.
